RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope that you are delighted with your products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact.

Please contact us before sending items back by telephone on 01294 461555 or by email hello@cousinskidswear.co.uk. Please remember to enclose your order No, Name, address, telephone number and email address.

Once your return has been confirmed you will have a further 7 days to send the item back to us. Anything over this time will not be accepted.

All postal charges are at the customers cost unless your item is faulty.  Your parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage and delivery in case you need to contact us about parcel. You will be refunded the full value of the product, less delivery.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased under SALE/PROMOTIONAL OFFERS are NON refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If, on the rare occasion you receive a faulted item, please inform us by email at hello@cousinskidswear.co.uk within 24hrs of receiving your parcel. Please include as much detail as possible. The goods with be inspected to confirm the damage is a manufacturing fault. Where the decision cannot be made in store we will refer the return to the manufacturer to assess – this can take up to 28 days. We do not cover faults caused by wear and tear. We will not accept faulty goods returns after 6 months.
